When will the photos/videos be ready?
I'll send the finished photos within a week. If you ordered a video, I send the finished result within 1.5 — 2 weeks. (depending on the length of the video)
Can I get a physical gift certificate or can it be sent online?
Yes, you can get a physical gift certificate or online. If the online option works for you I will send the certificate to your email with all the details filled.
